Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is a type of engineered wood, formed by adding adhesives & then compressing layers of wood strands (flakes) in specific softwood & hardwood orientations. OSB's combination of wood and adhesives creates a strong, dimensionally stable panel that resists deflection, delamination, and warping.
Therefore, Vivre OSB panels resist racking and shape distortion when subjected to demanding wind and seismic conditions. Relative to their strength, OSB panels are light in weight, easy to handle and install. Due to their unique aesthetic, they retain appeal for decorative application and can be directly painted or stained as they are completely waterproof.
